Job summary

Red River Commodities in Fargo, ND is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations across multiple divisions. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and contribute to efficient warehouse workflow.

The role requires 1-2 years in a warehouse, familiarity with WMS, ability to operate forklifts, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds. Shifts are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm, with pay ranging from $18.50 to $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling and processing inventory.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify items against purchase orders, and document discrepancies.
• Organize and store products, ensuring proper inventory control and rotation.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
• Use WMS or manual processes to track order status.
• Prepare shipments, label, package, and load onto delivery vehicles.
• Perform quality checks on products and packaging to meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and report safety hazards.
• Support periodic inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
• Adhere to all safety policies and PPE usage.
