Abacus Staffing is seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are handled safely and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in materials handling and be comfortable operating heavy equipment.

Duties

Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate placement of materials in designated areas.

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Conduct regular inventory checks using RF scanners to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving of products as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Skills

• Proficient in operating pallet jacks.
• Strong skills in materials handling with a focus on safety.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues as they arise.
• Familiarity with RF scanners for inventory management is a plus.

Shifts: 3-4 4-3 12 hour shifts
