Compensation

This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Purpose

As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities include compiling orders, replenishing and moving merchandise on the sales floor or to customers' vehicles, checking inventory and orders, interacting with customers, and operating a forklift. If you are friendly, organized, hardworking, and thrive in a warehouse environment, Floor & Decor is the place for you. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.

Essential Job Functions

• Demonstrate understanding and compliance with safety processes
• Work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Provide excellent customer service and exceed expectations

• Restock the show floor with products
• Organize merchandise for easy shopping

• Assist customers in finding products and answer questions

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic math skills
• Warehouse experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience with heavy machinery preferred but not required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Forklift certification through F&D or ability to obtain it
• Passing a drug test where legally required

Working Conditions

• Occasional exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles
• Noise level typically quiet to moderate

Physical/Sensory Requirements

• Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally and 20-30 pounds frequently
• Frequent use of hands and fingers, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and stooping

Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
