Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates in Gibson City, IL to support daily production and facility operations. The role involves warehouse tasks, loading/unloading, and exterior maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) with a contract-to-hire path and a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen and have a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lift, move, stack, and transport materials throughout the shift.
• Perform repetitive warehouse and labor tasks as required.
• Assist with digging, refilling holes, and other manual labor duties.
• Support exterior maintenance tasks including grass cutting, weeding, trimming, snow removal, window washing.
• Maintain productivity and attendance expectations.
• Follow machine safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Assist with additional duties and special projects.

Warehouse Associate

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading company in Gibson City, IL, seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for long-term career opportunities. This position supports daily production and facility operations through a variety of warehouse, manual labor, and maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Pay: $20.00 per hour

Shift Available

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Warehouse Associate Job Summary

• Construct cardboard boxes and prepare materials for production and shipping
• Load trailers with empty boxes and other materials as needed
• Perform a variety of warehouse and general labor tasks throughout the facility
• Assist with loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
• Support facility upkeep and exterior maintenance duties
• Follow all company safety procedures and machine safety guidelines

Essential Functions

• Perform assigned warehouse and production duties safely and efficiently
• Construct and assemble cardboard boxes according to company standards
• Load and unload trailers, vehicles, and materials as directed
• Support workflow and operational needs throughout the facility
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when required
