What You'll Do:As a key part of our operations team, you’ll help ensure our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and care
• Overseeing daily carrier pickups to ensure timely shipments
• Receiving inventory: unboxing, counting, quality-checking, and shelving
• Maintaining accurate inventory using tracking software
• Communicating regularly with the Operations Manager about order changes, shipping costs, and supply needs
• Restocking and inspecting customer returns
• Labeling and organizing inventory on shelves
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Assisting with inventory audits and process improvements

Who You Are:

• A quick learner and self-starter
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented (a must!)
• Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems easily
• Focused and efficient with your time — you stay off your phone while working
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with logistics, shipping, or warehouse work
• Knowledge of Shopify and/or ShipStation is a plus
• Must have computer literacy and familiarity with Google Drive
• Willing and able to drive and assist at other Co-op locations, when needed
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand, sit, bend, pull, twist, push, and pull for sustained periods of time
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and can provide valid ID

Schedule:Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-4:30 (Some flexibility may be required during peak seasons)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
