Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Garnet Valley, PA. The role supports warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and pay at $19.00 per hour.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED preferred and prior warehouse experience; RF scanners and WMS familiarity are a plus. Safety and accuracy are essential in daily duties.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Job Duties

• Receive, unload, label, palletize, and store inbound shipments
• Pick, pack, kit, and ship orders accurately using RF scanners and WMS technology
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and quality inspections
• Assist with rework projects and other warehouse assignments as directed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Must wear steel-toed shoes
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
