Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate will support the company’s warehouse operations. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, receiving, loading/unloading, and other warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Organize and clean warehouse space.
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Follow all safety and warehouse regulations and SOPs.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehouse procedures.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma required, with 1-3 years of warehouse experience, including:

• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, RF Gun, tablet, and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Commitment to customer service related to product fulfillment.
• Knowledge of warehouse data systems.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Willingness to maintain courteous and positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to lift or move heavy products.
