This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience.

Purpose

As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities include compiling orders, replenishing and moving merchandise on the sales floor or to customers' vehicles. Your day will involve checking inventory and orders, interacting with customers, and operating a forklift. Essential Job Functions

• Demonstrate understanding and compliance with safety processes

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic math skills
• Warehouse and customer service experience
• Experience with heavy machinery or forklifts preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Forklift certification through F&D or willingness to obtain
• Passing a drug test where legally required

Working Conditions

• Occasional exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles
• Noise level typically quiet to moderate

Physical/Sensory Requirements

• Ability to lift 30-60 pounds occasionally and 20-30 pounds frequently
• Frequent use of hands and fingers, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and stooping
