Job summary

Ambient HVAC Parts Supply, part of Ambient Enterprises, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Seattle to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of HVAC equipment and materials.

You will work with internal teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow safety protocols while lifting and moving heavy items regularly. This role offers full-time hours with overtime eligibility and room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, shipping software a plus).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for delivery or shipment.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Organize and maintain inventory in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory control processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, project management, and operations) to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Assist with staging equipment for project deliveries and job site readiness.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any maintenance needs.

Job Description

Compensation

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly pay range of $25-28/hr and eligibility for overtime pay.
