Job Summary:
O’Connor is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Driver/Associate to join our growing team. This role supports daily operations by safely transporting materials, maintaining inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the right materials get to the right place at the right time while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive O’Connor vehicles in a safe, courteous manner, following all traffic laws
• Transport materials, tools, and office items between locations (e.g., Germantown and Frederick)
• Assist with receiving, stocking, order picking, and preparing deliveries
• Verify inventory quantities and support inventory control and accuracy
• Complete required documentation and delivery paperwork thoroughly
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse: sweep floors, remove trash, organize shelves and aisles
• Help with moving office furniture and cleaning company vehicles as needed
• Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive work environment
• Work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
