Job summary

Turtle is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Franklin Township, NJ. This full-time role involves selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining safety and efficiency in daily warehouse operations.

You will perform picking, labeling, and documentation in the WMS, assist with receiving, and move products using pallet jacks. A high school diploma and basic math skills are required; forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, count, write legibly, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products based on order requirements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify item numbers, quantities, labels, and expiration dates.
• Pack, bag, tag, or label orders for shipment.
• Ensure outgoing shipments are complete and properly documented in WMS.
• Assist with receiving tasks, including counting products and inspecting for damage or shortages.
• Move products using pallet jacks or other non-forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including aisles and storage areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely following OSHA and company procedures.
• Cut wire to specified lengths and spool various wire sizes for customer orders.
• Support general warehouse tasks such as inventory counts and replenishment.

About the Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining high standards for efficiency, safety, and cleanliness in daily warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

• Accurately pick products based on order requirements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify correct item numbers, quantities, labels, and expiration dates.
• Pack, bag, tag, or label orders as required to prepare them for shipment.
• Ensure outgoing shipments are complete, correct, and properly documented in WMS.
• Assist with receiving tasks, including counting products, checking packing slips, and inspecting for damage or shortages.
• Rotate stock properly and place items in appropriate storage locations.
• Move products using pallet jacks or other non-forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including aisles, equipment, and storage areas.
• Perform repack or re-box tasks according to training and instructions.
• Repair or recoup damaged goods as needed.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and aisle assessments.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Charge equipment batteries and perform basic equipment upkeep.
• Cut wire to specified lengths according to customer and production requirements.
• Pull and stage pipe in specified quantities.
• Identify different wire types to fulfill customer orders correctly.
• Spool various wire sizes onto reels using wire-cutting machinery.
• Correctly select, measure, and cut wire to customer specifications.
• Support general warehouse tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, snow removal, and other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety-focused instructions.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
