Job summary

Plansee USA LLC in Franklin, MA, is seeking an hourly warehouse/logistics associate to manage inbound and outbound shipments, stock control, and packing operations. You will use SAP for processing orders and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP in a warehouse/logistics context.
• Forklift operation experience required.
• Ability to process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and store goods into stock from purchase and production orders via SAP.
• Perform material goods issues to production orders.
• Account for scrap generated by production and create documents for the scrap sale.
• Deliver goods to designated recipients.
• Communicate all count discrepancies to purchasing department.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment; assist in ordering packing supplies.
• Process domestic shipments through pack station, UPS and FedEx software.
• Complete all required shipping documentation.
• Schedule pick-ups with freight forwarders and courier.
• Operate a forklift to move materials and place them on shelves or racks.
• Assist in the annual physical inventory.
• Maintain safe operations by following procedures and regulations.
