Electrical Wholesalers, An affiliate of USESI, is seeking a Branch Warehouse Associate for our Framingham, MA location. This full-time role involves receiving, storing, picking, and equipment operation to ensure accurate order fulfillment and a clean, safe warehouse.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalency, warehousing experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift experience is strongly preferred, with attention to detail and teamwork essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in variable warehouse conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math and reading skills.
• Comfortable with ladders, forklifts, and handling physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store incoming materials accurately.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or will-call with attention to detail.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, wire cutters) safely and efficiently.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Tag and label materials, process shipping documentation, and assist with returns or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Support general warehouse duties and contribute to a safe, organized work environment.
