Job summary

U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is seeking a reliable Shipping Associate to join our Cranbury, NJ distribution team on the 1st shift. You will pick, check, and stage orders, ensure accurate outbound shipments, and coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and warehouse/shipping experience; cherry picker and forklift experience are preferred. Join a national electrical distributor with strong benefits.

• Cherry Picker and forklift experience is a plus.

USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Shipping Associate to join our Distribution Team. This position will be located in our Cranbury, NJ location.

Job Type: Full time
Hours: 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, checking, and staging of customer orders
• Ensuring the accuracy of outgoing shipments
• Resolving discrepancies with appropriate departments
• Coordinating with various departments as needed.
• Stocking of incoming materials and products from vendors
• Operating a cherry picker

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or quality control role preferred.
• Cherry Picker experience preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Must be dependable and team-oriented.
