Job summary

USESI, the nation’s largest independent electrical distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Lancaster, PA location. You’ll verify, store, and stage incoming materials, and prepare orders for delivery or will-call, using forklifts or related equipment as needed.

Hours are 7:00am - 4:00pm, with duties including cycle counts, labeling, and cross‑department collaboration to ensure accurate fulfillment. Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) matching, life insurance, and more are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in variable warehouse conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math and reading skills.
• Comfortable with ladders, forklifts, and handling physical tasks.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to follow instructions clearly.
• Forklift experience is strongly preferred.
