Job summary

Texas AirSystems is seeking a dependable Parts Warehouse Coordinator to manage shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory, and order processing with a focus on accuracy and exceptional service.

You will pull, verify, and stage orders for will-call, delivery, and shipment while maintaining inventory and system documentation. A forklift-certified candidate with strong communication and teamwork will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn inventory and order-processing systems.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, accountable, and willing to take ownership.

• Ability to operate a forklift and maintain certification.

Parts Warehouse Coordinator

The Opportunity

Texas AirSystems is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Parts Warehouse Coordinator.

This role goes beyond traditional warehouse duties. The position is responsible for accurately managing shipping and receiving, inventory, and customer orders while providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
