Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in a fast-paced distribution setting. The role features a 2am or 2pm start time and a 5‑day workweek with weekend availability. You will perform loading, unloading, and multiple warehouse tasks to support operations.

You must be physically capable of lifting 25–75 lbs, maintain safety and accuracy, and be willing to train for site-specific tasks. Benefits are offered after a probation period.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and high energy are required in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Candidate should be able to lift 25-75 lbs as needed.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight efficiently and safely.
• Select order items for shipment.
• Audit and verify inventory accuracy.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership .

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
