Job summary

Capstone is hiring Warehouse Associates at our Knoxville, TN site to perform a variety of warehouse duties. Typical tasks include loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, auditing, repacking, sorting, and housekeeping under the direction of site leadership.

The role requires a high-energy individual who can handle a fast-paced, physical environment. Lifting 25-75 lbs and standing for long periods are expected; previous warehouse experience is preferred, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry 25-75 lbs.
• Experience in warehouse environment preferred, but training provided.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials as assigned.
• Select, palletize, and sort items.
• Assist with auditing and repacking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
• Follow site leadership directions and daily tasks.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
