Job summary

Continental is recruiting for a Warehouse Associate in Fort Wayne to support daily warehouse operations. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders using technology, maintain FIFO inventory, and assist with loading/unloading trucks for routes and markets.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and comfort with iPads and inventory systems. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• English literacy (read/write/speak).
• Comfortable using technology (iPads, inventory systems).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
• Forklift certification encouraged.
• Consistently accurate and efficient order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders using technology (e.g., iPad, LightSpeed system).
• Organize and maintain inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Load and unload trucks for routes and markets.
• Replenish stock and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Read schedules, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to team leaders.
• Record accurate inventory counts of products picked, packed, scrapped, and excess.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
