We’re recruiting for an Entry-Level Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced distribution operation in Florence, KY. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with consistent first shift hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday). The role offers full benefits after a probationary period and the chance to be part of a supportive, team-oriented work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Unload and sort shipments upon arrival at the warehouse

• Prepare parts for assembly, packaging, and shipping

• Ship orders accurately and efficiently to customers

• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance in the warehouse as needed

• Follow company safety protocols and operating procedures daily

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Reliable transportation to and from work each day

• Strong work ethic and a proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality

• Ability to pass a clean background check

• Physically able to lift and move materials safely as required

• Must be on time daily — punctuality is essential in this role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control a plus (but not required)

• Familiarity with basic warehouse tools and equipment helpful
