Job summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Flint to help ensure efficient warehouse operations and exceptional customer service. You will handle loading/unloading, stocking, cleaning, and equipment setup for next day’s installs, while maintaining organization and safety protocols.

The role requires ability to lift 40-50 lbs, forklift certification or willingness to obtain it, and a team-focused, detail-oriented attitude. Healthcare, vacation/holiday pay, and 401K benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass drug screen (THC not waived).
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry 40–50 lbs.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).

Responsibilities

• Load salt and bottled water for retail customers.
• Unload semi truckloads of salt, bottled water, chemicals, and equipment with forklift.
• Clean up rental softening equipment.
• Test and repair rental bottled water coolers.
• Restock retail items at the front counter.
• General cleaning and maintenance of the plant.
• Bottled Water consolidation.
• Salt barn organization and cleanup (salt spills).
• Sweep warehouse floors.
• Pallet organization.
• Trash removal and pickup around the building.
• Load minerals for softeners and filters.
• Set up rental and sales RO units for next day’s installs.
• Prepare rental softener tanks and filters for next day’s installs.
• Pull new equipment and set out for next day’s installs.
• Organize storage areas and stocking parts.
• Miscellaneous maintenance and odd jobs as directed by manager

Pay: $18

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM –5:00PM

JOB DESCRIPTION - Warehouse

• 1 Loading Salt and Bottled Water for retail customers


• 2 Unloading semi truckloads of salt, bottled water, chemicals, and equipment with fork truck


• 3 Cleanup rental softening equipment


• 4 Clean, test and repair rental bottled water coolers


• 5 Restocking retail items at the front counter


• 6 General cleaning & maintenance of plant


• Bottled Water consolidation


• Salt barn organization & cleanup (salt spills)


• Sweeping floors of warehouse


• Pallet organization


• Trash removal


• Trash pick up around building

Qualifications:
