Job summary

NOW HIRING: Warehouse Associate

Location:Findlay, OH

Pay:$20.28/hour

Schedule:Friday-Sunday | 5:45 AM - 6:30PM

Overtime:May include one additional day Monday-Thursday based on business needs. Start and end times may vary based on operational demands.

Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Associates will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, handling product safely, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trailers by hand
• Stack and organize product on pallets
• Inspect product for damage and report issues
• Utilize power equipment as assigned
• Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 70 lbs.; team lift required for heavier items
