Job summary

Sunrise-Telecom is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Columbus/Pataskala team. You will manage receiving, warehousing and distribution of equipment and fleet, under supervision.

The role requires a High School Diploma, strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, and a proven ability to drive process improvements, with leadership experience to coordinate staff and collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Conduct counts and reconcile with data storage system.
• Adhere to warehousing, handling and shipping legislation and safety rules.
• Produce reports and statistics regarding equipment as requested.
• Oversee planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
• Communicate losses, damage and information to meet customer and company expectations.
• Keep outside storage areas free of packing materials and litter.

Immediate Supervisor: Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, Owner

Position: Exempt Non-Exempt

General Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining and distributing all necessary equipment and fleet at designated warehouse location.

Principal duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
• Conducts physical equipment and fleet counts and reconciles with data storage system
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Produce reports and statistics regarding all equipment as requested
• Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Represents company and provides information and assistance to internal and external customers.
• Under direct supervision, performs a wide range of warehouse duties for assigned functions or program areas, duties may be complex in nature and may involve access to confidential information.
• Ensures all necessary losses, damage and information is communicated timely to meet the expectations of the customer and company.
• Keeping the outside storage areas free of packing materials and litter.
