Job summary

Michigan Mechanical Ventures is a Southeast Michigan HVAC and plumbing contractor seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join the team. Duties include daily warehouse tasks, receiving shipments, stocking inventory, and preparing materials for job sites to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe workspace, operating a forklift when trained, and occasional driving of company vehicles to supply materials to projects. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or inventory experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong sense of efficiency and attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

We are a Family owned Plumbing/HVAC company focused primarily on commercial service and new construction looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our busy HVAC and plumbing company. This role is a vital part of our daily operations. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory. Your work will ensure our team has the right materials for every job and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. You may also need to drive company vehicles to deliver materials to job sites.
