Job summary

Kotis Design is seeking a Fulfillment Associate at our Fairfield, OH fulfillment center. You will handle inventory, assemble kits, pick and pack orders, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced setting.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with competitive hourly pay and a focus on accuracy and timely fulfillment. Join us for a collaborative team environment and employee-focused benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
• Regularly stand for long periods while reaching with hands and arms.
• Vision abilities include sharp vision, depth perception, and color identification.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend complex written or oral instructions in English.
• Solid basic math skills and ability to track quantities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Exposure to warm or cold weather and a loud work environment.
