Job summary

Kotis Design, LLC is hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our Fairfield fulfillment center. You will support picking, packing, and shipping orders, assemble kits, and help maintain inventory in a fast-paced, creative apparel environment.

This is a full-time role with Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Starting wage is $18/hr with $19/hr at 2+ years warehouse experience, plus a monthly attendance bonus and insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
• Regularly stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong reading, writing and math skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check in and prepare inventory.
• Assemble Kits (event/swag boxes).
• Pick orders from inventory.
• Pack and ship orders to clients.
• Clean and organize workspace.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent attention to detail
• Lift and/or move up to 30 lbs at times
• Regularly stand for long periods of time while reaching with hands and arms
• Specific vision abilities include sharp vision, focus, depth perception and ability to identify colors
• Ability to read, write and comprehend complex written or oral instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
• Solid basic math skills and a good ability to keep track of quantities
• Basic computer skills
• Additionally, while performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to warm or cold weather. The noise level in the work environment is often loud.
