Job summary

Renuity is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving and inventory control across our warehouse footprint. You will work under the Warehouse Manager to prioritize safety and efficiency, verify materials against packing lists, and help move and organize stock in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in warehousing, forklift certification, a valid driver’s license, and experience driving a box truck.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; further study in business preferred.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience is required.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate safely per company policy.
• Must have experience driving a box truck.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record is required.
• Good knowledge of warehouse software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• supports warehouse staff under the Warehouse Manager with safety as priority.
• Monitor expenditures and variances; implement corrective actions.
• Verify shipment materials match packing lists before dispatch.
• Aid in satellite facility warehouse inventory and operations.
• Drive a 16-foot box truck to a satellite location when needed.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving items in the warehouse.

About The Role

• Works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager to aid in directing warehouse staff, putting worker safety as top priority.
• Meets warehouse financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure that shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders.
• Aids in satellite facility warehouse inventory and operations.
• Drive a 16-foot box truck to a satellite location when needed
• Comfortable cleaning, organizing, moving doors and pans in the warehouse

Key Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years’ warehouse experience
• Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training and operate machinery safely according to Company protocol.
• Must have experience driving a box truck
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and Microsoft Office proficiency
