Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Elwood, IL. The role supports warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory control to ensure orders are completed accurately and safely.

Pay is $21.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and 401(k). This position emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift or powered equipment experience is beneficial.

Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Elwood where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Job Duties

• Carton picking (requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, twisting, pushing and pulling)
• Shrink-wrapping pallets and moving palletized material using MHE.
• Utilizing manual or electric pallet jack.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to operate a manual or electric pallet jack
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
