Warehouse Associate Day Shift 7am-7pm on 2-2-3 Schedule

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling systems, ensuring safety and accuracy in all processes.

Essential Functions

  • Receive all inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, materials, deliveries, etc.
  • Rebuild damaged pallets prior to restock.
  • Process RMAs.
  • Consolidate finished goods for maximum storage.
  • Identify and report quality issues.
  • Validate new SKUs in WMS for proper handling.
  • Correct LGV alarms and monitor loads.
  • Unload finished goods and raw materials using a forklift.
  • Maintain pallet storage area and stage pallets for LGV pickup.
  • Address product spills and manually pull pallets as needed.
  • Supply production with non-inventory items.
  • Load air bags and clear blocked locations in WMS.
  • Operate forklift when needed and facilitate flow of information between departments.
  • Test and monitor resin and spring water.
  • Coordinate preload activities, inspect trailers, and ensure timely shipments.
  • Check in trucks, communicate loading instructions, and provide shipping documents.
  • Maintain records for shipping and inventory control.
  • Participate in process improvements and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
  • Ensure regular attendance and professional communication.
  • Coordinate with transportation and production to ensure smooth operations.
