Job summary

Old-Castle-Building-Envelop in Elk Grove Village, IL, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pull materials for customer orders, package for pickup and shipment, unload incoming materials, and verify receipt in our ERP system. This role reports to the Production Supervisor and supports a safety-focused warehouse team.

What You’ll Get to Do

The Warehouse Associate is located in Elk Grove, IL, and is responsible for pulling and packaging materials for pickup and shipments, unloading materials, and verifying their receipt while ensuring safety. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities Include

• Pull material for customer orders using Bill Of Ladings
• Package material in preparation for pick-up orders and shipment
• Unloading of incoming materials from vendors and customers
• Verify receipt and enter counts in the proprietary ERP system
• Handle, package, and label architectural doors and frames

What Are We Looking For

• Ability to safely operate machinery necessary for moving materials throughout the warehouse
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet delivery schedules
• Good verbal and written communication skills with a math aptitude
• Ability to accommodate mandatory overtime when required, including Saturday work
