Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Elba, AL. The role involves a variety of warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and general housekeeping.

The position offers weekly production pay between $600 and $900, with fast-paced, physical work and opportunities to grow within the company. Candidates should be energetic, able to lift 25-75 lbs, and willing to train.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks.

• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments and freight.
• Select and palletize orders for shipping.
• Audit, repack and organize warehouse items.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
