Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate with Envision Cold, you will assist in receiving, storing, and distributing products in our warehouse. This includes picking, packing, and shipping orders in a cooler/freezer environment. The role contributes to the efficient functioning of the warehouse by ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods while adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery and pickup, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
• Build loads with relevant equipment.
• Inspect inventory for damage and defaults.
• Mark and label stock.
• Complete necessary paperwork for inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security.
• Report issues or discrepancies to Supervisors and Team.
• Follow company policies and safety protocols, especially regarding cold storage operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Employees must be able to stand, sit, reach, bend, twist, kneel, and handle products. Lifting requirements include up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance. Work involves equipment like pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems, with environment characteristics such as moderate noise, cold temperatures, and moving objects. PPE will be provided.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Good attendance and work ethic.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Comfort working in cold/freezing temperatures with PPE.
• Attention to safety to prevent injuries.
