Job description

Spicy Products is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the company’s warehouse operations department. The role will mainly include sorting, scanning, and stacking packages on pallets and helping to get customer orders ready for delivery. This role will be a key contributor to the company’s warehouse operations for a smooth receiving and processing incoming inventory cycle.

Description

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Processing, picking, packaging and shipping orders accurately
• Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory
• Inspecting products for defects and damages
• Verify orders as they come in and out of the facility
• Process orders in the system and to the correct area for storage
• Operate warehouse machines
• Verify product, product numbers, and quantity for order accuracy
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred;
• 1+ years of related professional work experience, distribution, and warehouse experience preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/ week +)
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs
• Ability to move material as needed (push/pull 50lbs)
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work in a variety of capacities/functions
• Strong initiative, follow through, and ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail and deadlines

Salary

$16 - $17 per hour
