Job summary

EW Grobbel is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Taylor, MI and St. Clair Shores, MI.

This role handles shipping/receiving, loading/unloading trucks, processing purchase orders, and keeping the warehouse stocked and organized. Responsibilities include accurate requisition processing, maintaining records, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensuring safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack experience (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory and shipping documentation.
• Ability to work in a cold environment and stand for 8+ hours; lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Associate

Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Location: Taylor, MI & St. Clair Shores, MI

Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.00 Hourly

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for handling shipping and receiving activities, loading and unloading trucks, processing and fulfilling purchase orders, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and stocked with necessary materials to support operations.

Job Description

• Accurately process requisitions, work orders, and purchase orders.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks.
• Pick, stage, wrap, palletize, and load products for shipment.
• Keep warehouse and dock areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures.
• Complete approximately 90 days of training on 1st shift.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack experience (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory and shipping documentation.Ability to work in a cold environment and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8+ hour shift.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
