Job summary

Securevision Inc. in Destin, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, organizing, tracking, and distributing materials and equipment.

The role ensures accurate inventory and safe handling in accordance with company policies. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to maintain an organized, productive warehouse that supports company operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with warehouse, inventory, logistics, or materials management preferred.
• Experience using inventory systems or RF scan guns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments, materials, and equipment.
• Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations to maintain an efficient and accessible storage system.
• Pick, prepare, and stage materials, equipment, and supplies for internal teams, projects, and job sites.
• Assist with inventory transfers and deliveries to field teams and company locations as needed.
• Transport materials, equipment and supplies between Destin, FL and Orange Beach, AL warehouse locations as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials to the Warehouse Manager.
• Utilize warehouse inventory systems, spreadsheets, and tracking tools to maintain proper documentation.
• Operate hand trucks, carts, and other warehouse equipment safely and appropriately.
• Assist with routine cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventory processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Follow all safety procedures and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining stock of construction and telecommunications materials.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, tracking, and distributing materials and equipment. Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately track inventory and maintain records.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Ability to safely transport Company materials, equipment and supplies between warehouse locations as needed.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or materials management experience preferred.
• Experience using inventory systems or RF scan guns preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• This position is based at the company’s Destin, FL warehouse
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and manual handling of materials.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times.
• Work may be performed in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled warehouse environments.
• Exposure to warehouse equipment, materials, and construction-related supplies.
• Must be able to follow all safety requirements and wear required personal protective equipment.
