Description

Assists the warehouse manager in handling daily administrative and organizational functions in the warehouse. Maintains records of activities and processes related to the storage and movement of products in and out of the warehouse. Performs duties as delegated by the warehouse supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks.
• Unload trucks and check in products matching purchase and transfer orders.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or transfer requisitions to determine items to move, gather, or ship.
• Move materials from receiving or storage to shipping or designated areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or other designated locations.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials to shipping areas.
• Ensure warehouse safety and accessibility for staff and visitors.
• Gather customer orders, pack for shipping, and prepare for dispatch.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Perform facility maintenance as needed.
• Prepare parcels for mailing or courier services.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Complete other duties as outlined by ISO work instructions.

Qualifications
