Job summary

Renuity is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations and safety standards. Starting wage is $24 per hour with clear paths to growth as the company scales nationwide.

You will work under the Warehouse Manager, monitor expenditures, verify packing lists, assist satellite facilities, and may drive a 16-foot box truck to locations as needed. Join a fast-paced team shaping the future of home improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required; bachelor's in business management preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to complete forklift training and operate safely.
• Experience driving a box truck is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of warehouse software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse staff under the Warehouse Manager while prioritizing worker safety.
• Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to meet financial standards.
• Ensure shipment materials match packing lists before dispatch.
• Acknowledge inventory and operations at satellite facilities and assist as needed.
• Drive a 16-foot box truck to satellite locations when required.
• Clean, organize, and move doors and pans within the warehouse.

About the Role:

• Works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager to aid in directing warehouse staff, putting worker safety as top priority.
• Meets warehouse financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure that shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders.
• Aids in satellite facility warehouse inventory and operations.
• Drive a 16-foot box truck to a satellite location when needed
• Comfortable cleaning, organizing, moving doors and pans in the warehouse

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years’ warehouse experience
• Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training and operate machinery safely according to Company protocol.
• Must have experience driving a box truck
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
