Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Dayville, CT. The role involves picking, packing, stocking, and moving customer orders, plus supporting shipping and receiving operations.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with safety training provided. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and basic computer and scanner skills are helpful for daily tasks.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, stocking, or shipping experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse equipment is a plus.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays when needed.
• Ability to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Physical Capabilities

• Lift, carry, push, and pull products up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds at times.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch throughout the shift.
• Use hand-held scanners and computers to enter information.
• Work in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures throughout the year.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment as trained.
