Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: receive, inspect, stock, maintain accurate records, monitor stock, keep warehouse organized.
• Material Preparation & Distribution: pull and stage equipment, load/unload trucks, ensure materials for jobs.
• Warehouse Operations: maintain a clean, safe warehouse, operate equipment, assist with shipping/receiving/returns, maintain vehicles.

What You'll Do

Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming HVAC equipment, parts, and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and easy to navigate.

Material Preparation & Distribution

• Pull and stage equipment and materials for daily service and installation jobs.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Ensure technicians have the correct materials before leaving for job sites.
• Assist with deliveries to job sites or branch locations as needed.

Warehouse Operations

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow company procedures.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, returns, and warranty items.
• Help maintain company vehicles and warehouse equipment as directed.

Team Support

• Work closely with service technicians, installers, and office staff to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or supply shortages promptly.
• Assist with special projects and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Safety

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Safely handle equipment, tools, and materials.
• Maintain a clean work environment to reduce hazards and promote efficiency.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• HVAC warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Basic computer skills; experience using inventory software is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift experience or certification is preferred but not required.
