Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed.
Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll handle the ebb and flow of products entering and leaving the facility, and dive into inventory management for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is at our branch located at 5565 Red Bird Center Dr, Dallas, TX 75237. After onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals, a flexible schedule may be offered.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties include, but are not limited to:
Managing and maintaining branch inventory
Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory
Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Performing other duties to ensure branch success
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Be 18 years or older
Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements
Proficient in written and oral communication
Proficient with computers
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills
Self-motivated, customer service oriented
Attention to detail with a sense of urgency
Ability to work independently and in a team
Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
Lift and carry packages weighing 25-75 lbs
Pass a drug screen (US, Puerto Rico, Guam)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in receiving, shipping, sorting, or managing inventory is preferred.
