• Coordinate shipment pickups and communicate shipping status or delays to the team.
• Maintain an organized shipping area and monitor packaging supply levels.
• Follow safe lifting, handling, and warehouse procedures.

Warehouse Associate — Quality Control & Shipping

Look Walls & Interiors is seeking an experienced, dependable Warehouse Associate to inspect completed wallcovering rolls and prepare orders for shipment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and care in handling finished products.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks on completed wallcovering rolls, inspecting for printing defects, damage, and inconsistencies before packaging.
• Verify patterns, colorways, roll quantities, and order details against production paperwork.
• Identify and report quality issues before orders are shipped.
• Carefully package wallcovering rolls to protect them during transit.
• Create accurate packing labels, shipping labels, and packing slips.
• Manage shipment details, including delivery addresses, package weights and dimensions, tracking numbers, and shipping records.
• Coordinate shipment pickups and communicate shipping status or delays to the team.
• Maintain an organized shipping area and monitor packaging supply levels.
• Follow safe lifting, handling, and warehouse procedures.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse, packaging, or shipping experience is required; quality control experience is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Experience creating shipping labels and maintaining shipment records.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software or carrier platforms.
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver wallcovering rolls weighing 30 - 70 pounds and measuring up to 54 inches in height, including placing them into shipping boxes, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
• Ability to perform standing, bending, lifting, and packing tasks throughout the workday.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable attendance, clear communication, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

*Experience handling wallcovering, textiles, printed materials, or other finished decorative products is a plus.
