This position is responsible for warehouse/material distribution tasks related to receiving and shipping of products.
Schedule/Shift: Mon - Fri | 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The following duties and responsibilities are intended to be representative of the work performed by the incumbent(s) in this position and are not all-inclusive. The omission of a specific duty or responsibility will not preclude it from the position.
- Processing customer orders, including scanning bar codes, labeling boxes, picking products, and preparing packages for shipment.
- Palletizing, including scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders on pallets.
- Re-palletizing products for shipment.
- May be responsible for dock manifest duties, including scanning completed pallets and running shrink wrap.
- May operate the ground/manual manifest station.
- Transport pallets using material handling equipment as required.
- Complete all duties timely and according to departmental standards and procedures.
- Maintain an acceptable work area as per Quality System Regulations (QSR).
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP.
- Prioritize safety, work diligently to maintain safe working conditions, and adhere to operating practices to prevent injuries and illnesses.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

- Effective communication of ideas and business-related information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
- Ability to collaborate well with others.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Operate material handling equipment and RF scanners.
- Perform in a metrics-driven environment.
- Operate electric pallet jacks if required.
- Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- General computer and distribution knowledge.
- Knowledge of QSR standards.
Language Skills- Good communication skills.
Mathematical SkillsReasoning Ability- Ability to solve practical problems, interpret instructions, and adapt to shifting priorities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands include walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, crouching, reaching, grasping, talking, hearing, twisting, and repetitive motions involving hands and wrists. Accommodations can be made for disabilities.
