Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning, a distinguished contractor in the Puget Sound region and a five-time recipient of the Platinum Achievement Award from Puget Sound Energy, is immediately hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate.

Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: Lakewood, WA, Tukwila, WA, and Lynnwood, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Compensation: $18 - $20/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% paid by employer), 401k with 4% match, paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Warehouse Associate Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management within the warehouse.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Required: 2+ years of forklift operation experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in moderate to heavy conditions.
• Frequently lift/move up to 100 pounds.
• Prolonged standing may be required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
