Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply Group seeks a Warehouse Associate to stock, organize, and fulfill customer orders in Conroe, TX. You will load/unload trucks, verify inventory, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse while following safety guidelines.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in warehousing or distribution, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Forklift certification is preferred and can be obtained after hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and handle freight up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent to both education and experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and involves active physical work.
• Work performed in a warehouse environment in conditions like noise, hot or cold temperatures
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.

Position Purpose

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
