Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to stock, organize, and manage inventory while fulfilling customer orders and supporting daily shipping and receiving.

You will work in a warehouse environment, handling heavy products with equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and you must comply with safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Move heavy products using forklifts or pallet jacks in a warehouse/yards.
• Work in a warehouse environment with noise and extreme temperatures.
• Use of PPE required.

Position Purpose

Position Purpose The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and involves active physical work.
• Work performed in a warehouse environment in conditions like noise, hot or cold temperatures.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent to both education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environment.
• Certifications: Forklift Certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training).
