Job summary

Flooring Services Builder Resources in Colorado is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. You will work both independently and in a team to ensure accurate processing, packing, shipping, receiving, and loading of orders in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reading production schedules and order forms, operating forklifts and other equipment, maintaining a clean, safe workspace, and being reliable and punctual while contributing to a collaborative

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Department: Warehouse

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Position type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support our company's warehouse operations. You will have to work well individually and with a team to keep things running smoothly. This is a fast-paced non-temperature-controlled environment that requires accuracy as well as strong time management skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process, package and ship or load orders accurately
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory in appropriate locations
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized warehouse
• Safely operate equipment and machinery
• Accurately place label/markings to identify materials/orders
• Ability to read production schedule, various order forms and/or requisitions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• To perform this job successfully an individual needs to perform each essential duty accurately and efficiently, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to work in a faced paced environment
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Willingness and ability to work with a team as well as individually
• Ability to communicate effectively inside and outside the company
• Problem solving capabilities
• Reliable and punctual

EDUCATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability and to sit and/or stand for 8-10 hours a day or longer
• Physical stamina to lift 5-50lbs frequently throughout the day
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
