Job summary

Service Partners in Columbus, OH is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks, conduct cycle counts, and ensure loads are secured for transport. The role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed, with a focus on accuracy and safety in daily warehouse tasks.

Qualified candidates will have warehouse experience, the ability to perform basic math, and familiarity with handheld scanners.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory, storing in orderly and accessible manner, while inspecting stock items for wear or defects and reporting to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours to perform job related tasks.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid driver’s license will be required.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Compute basic math problems.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements
