Responsibilities include receiving, packing, inventory counts, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Lifting up to 75 pounds is required; shifts include days and potential weekend work with Saturday as needed.

• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic.
• Complete your work safely by adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Assemble products, participate in inventory counts, and support accurate load delivery by taking check calls from drivers and validating load data before marking loads delivered.

Our client, Transportation & Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations team supporting day-to-day warehouse and shipping activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable communication, and a safety-first mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Columbia, SC

Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: Monday-Friday (Saturdays as needed); 7 am-4 pm

What's the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing orders to sales associates for processing

• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic

What's Needed?

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, due to varying freight volumes
• Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry (preferred)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds and experience loading/unloading trucks (required)
