Bobcat of the Rockies - Colorado Springs is seeking a Warehouse Associate. If you describe yourself as detail-oriented and enjoy staying organized, we want to meet you.

The role offers an hourly wage of $20–$24 depending on experience and includes extensive benefits and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities include order picking, packing, shipping, handling parts inventories, operating material handling equipment, and collaborating with warehousing, accounting, and other teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehousing in a distribution business preferred.
• Knowledgeable on warehousing theory.
• Knowledgeable on shipping methods and procedures.
• Ability to learn proprietary software.
• Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 60 pounds.
• Able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Sometimes exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes and loud noise.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Order picking, packing and shipping.
• Parts and parts systems sold and inventoried by the dealership.
• Operation of all material handling equipment and tools.
• All shipping requirements locally and to all territory locations.
• Knowledgeable on inbound emergency order records and methods.
• Knowledgeable on trans-shipping methods for emergency orders.
• Maintains all reports concerning parts returns to vendors.
• Coordinates efforts with warehousing personnel, parts management, accounting staff, and outside companies to dispose properly of scrapped parts.
• Maintains all reports concerning the scrapping of parts.
• Participates in physical counts of parts and materials on an annual or as-directed basis.
• Assists in determining causes of short- or over-item situations.
• May be required to operate forklifts, in which certification would be required.
