Tower Laboratories in Clinton, CT is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift to support production by stocking materials, handling shipping/receiving, and keeping accurate inventory records. You will use a forklift, move materials between areas, and help prepare finished products for delivery.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supply production lines with packaging materials and required paperwork.
• Move raw materials, bulk powders, packaging supplies, and finished products between warehouse and production areas.
• Operate a forklift and assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Wrap, label, document, and store finished product pallets in designated locations.
• Receive incoming materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and ship finished products to customers in a timely manner.
• Drive a company truck between facilities as needed.
• Inspect materials and finished goods for damage or contamination.
• Use electronic inventory systems to complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate with vendors regarding shipping and delivery information.
• Follow all company safety, cGMP, and operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with production and other departments to meet company goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This position involves working primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor exposure and varying temperatures and environmental conditions.

The role requires regular movement of materials, visual attention, and the ability to work safely around equipment and coworkers. Physical demands include:

• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 35 pounds.
• Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 100 pounds.
• Continuously handling loads up to 10 pounds.
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and other physical activities as needed.

Required personal protective equipment: Safety glasses and steel-toed shoes.
